Members with a valid PSGCC Handicap of 24 (Men & Juniors) and 36 (Ladies & Juniors).
Only registered to play golfers or guests above 12 years accompanying the member are allowed on the golf course.
Please obtain registration slip (Non-Members) from the reception registration counter and keep it handy to be shown on demand by the starter/marshal.
10. Children. Boys and girls below 12 years of age are not allowed on the golf course unless specifically allowed by the Management and will invariably be accompanied by their parents or the golf coach.
NON-MEMBERS/GUESTS/GOLFERS
11. Unless otherwise expressly permitted by the Management each member may be permitted to introduce up to three (3) accompanying guests per flight who shall be allowed to play on the golf course. Only registered to-play golfers or guests above 12 years accompanying the member are allowed on the golf course.
Any member who introduces a guest golfer (Maximum handicap; men 24, ladies & juniors 36) shall be liable to the club for all expenditures due to the Club incurred by the guest’s proper conduct and due observance of these Bye-Laws/Local Rules and other rules of the Club. Guests must play in the same fight as the member who introduces them. The handicap condition will not apply to the use of the driving/practice range.
Golf Club Rules Members of other golf clubs affiliated with PGF (handicapped men 24 & ladies & juniors
36) after paying the green/allied fee and on the production of their club membership card may use the facilities as decided by the Management from time to time. All such players/persons are bound to adhere to these and Club Bye-Laws.
WALKING/VISITORS/SPECTATORS
Owing to the fact that fairways are very close to each other, accompanying walking guests may accompany the members in a golf cart charged to the members account or by paying a guest green fee if carts are not permitted/available only on week-days, provided they observe the dress code and do not disturb the players or damage the course.
PSGCC members not playing the game and officially by the management are however exempted, provided they are properly attired and are not causing any hindrance in the game and pay for the cart they use.
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ALLOWED

Except when waived or reduced by the management, all players shall pay the admissible fees (Green Fee, Golf Cart, and Caddies Fee). These fees may be changed by the management from time to time.

A member/guest engaging a caddie for 9 holes shall be charged a 9 holes fee provided that the time taken from engagement to completion of the 9 holes is not more than 2 hours and 30 minutes. If it is more than 2 hours and 30 minutes and less than 5 hours the member shall be charged an additional 9 holes fee.
A member engaging a caddie for more than 9 holes but less than 18 hours shall be charged an 18 holes fee.
A member engaging a caddie for 18 holes shall be charged an 18 holes fee provided that the time taken from the engagement to completion of 18 holes is not more than 5 hours. If it is more than 5 hours the member shall be charged an additional 9 holes fee.
USE OF CADDIES
The club will provide the caddies for all players and guests on a first come first serve basis. The use of caddies is compulsory however, exceptions can be made by the management for low-handicap players.
Personal caddies will be allowed on the course however the player will be responsible for their conduct. In case of non-compliance with caddie work, the player will be charged Rs. 1000 as a penalty.
USE OF GOLF CARTS
Local rules regulating the movements of golf carts should be strictly observed.
Golf carts are not allowed in the car parking areas.
A maximum of two (2) persons and two golf bags are allowed on each golf cart.
Users should be properly seated when using the Golf cart. No standing is allowed on any part of the golf cart.
Do not over speed.
Drive on the sides of the fairways.
Do not take the cart close to the greens. Park your cart towards the next tee.
Never drive a cart near the greens and teeing ground.
The 90-degree rule will be followed; Stay in the rough/side or first cut of the fairways until you reach a point parallel to your ball then drive to the ball.
Any damage to Golf Carts shall be charged to the member/player responsible, regardless of fault.
The Club and its officials will not be held liable for any injuries or loss of life to any member/player arising from the usage of Club equipment and facilities.
Children below 18 years of age are not allowed to drive the Golf carts (until allowed by club management).
Note: Penalty for failing to abide by the golf carts movements rules – denial of use of golf cart as decided by the Vice President / Project Director / Club management.
USE OF GYMNASIUM
The gymnasium can only be used by the members during a specified time.
Guests are not allowed to use the gymnasium.
All members are to ensure knowledge of the machines and equipment prior to their use.
The gym trainer is to be asked for help in case they do not know.
The club management will not be responsible for any sort of injury to the members.
USE OF SIMULATOR
Trackman for Golf simulator has been installed at the club to facilitate golfers.
The simulator can be booked for a minimum of 30 minutes by members as well as guests.
Only the club simulator operator will be allowed to operate the simulator
In case of damage to the simulator, the member or guests using the equipment will be charged for the damage
COACHING LESSONS
Only the designated coaches of the club can coach the members/guests
Desirous members/guests are required to register themselves at the reception for this purpose.
The coaching lessons comprise 12 lessons which will be completed within 30 days starting from the first lesson.
Walking Track
A 2.5 km walking track can be used by the members during daylight hours only
As the walking track is adjacent to hole no 1,2,3,11 and the practice range, the members are responsible for their own safety during walking
The club management will not be responsible for any injury
PAYMENT OF BILLS/DUES
All members are required to clear their dues latest by the 10th of every month
To facilitate the member’s online payment and POS facility is also available
Note: In case the member does not pay his dues for more than three months the club management reserves the right to cancel/suspend his/her membership.
CONDUCT / DISCIPLINE
59. The Vice President/ Project Director/ management of PSGCC reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any person to leave the golf course or driving range premises if in their opinion the conduct or act of such person causes annoyance and disturbance to other persons using the facilities.Members / Guests shall at all times conduct themselves in a manner befitting of a member of the Club by observing all the Bylaws.
SUSPENSION OF A MEMBER
61. If the vice president / Project Director / Management of the Discipline Committee is of the opinion that the conduct of a member/guest warrants action to be taken, it may after due inquiry suspend him from players golf for any period of time it considers appropriate. In addition to this, some of the other aspects which may lead to suspensions are enumerated below.
62. Willfully destroying, damaging, or removing club property
63. Indulging in behavior that may disturb the peace of the club.
64. Including immoral behavior within the club.
65. Use of abusive language or indulgence in physical violence with members within the club. Members are advised to make an official complaint to the management.
66. Abuse, reprimand or strike a marshal, caddie, or any staff on duty. Members are advised to make an official complaint to the management.
67. Use of driving range balls for course play.
68. Any other act or behavior harming the atmosphere inside the club.
69. Willfully damaging the Course such as: –(a)Dragging the feet on the Green thus causing damage to the putting surface of the Green.
(b)Chipping, pitching or swinging the club on the putting surface of the Green, thus causing damage.
(c)Striking the putter on the putting green thus causing damage to the surface of the green.
(d)Walking over or stepping on the edge of the cup and damaging it.
(e)Driving buggy onto the Green or the collar and damaging the Green and Collar.
(f) Defacing, striking the signboards or sandboxes thus boards or sandboxes thus causing damage.
(g) Practicing chipping/pitching thus causing divots on the tee box area.
(h) Striking the distance marker instead of taking a free pick.
(i) Striking the water sprinkler instead of taking a free lift.
(J) Failure to repair divots.
(k) Driving buggy onto areas indicated by GUR (Ground Under Repair) signs or white lines.
(l) Driving buggy into bunkers.
(m) Entering and making a stroke or practice swing causing damage to flowerbeds or marked trees.
(n) Driving buggy resulting in buggy knocking into trees/shrubs and causing damage to it.
(o) Unsafe handling of buggy e.g., parking buggy on slope causing it to slide downslope/into the pond.
(p) Improper use of buggy by placing foot onto the windscreen, etc. thereby damaging the buggy.
(q) Defacing or striking the buggy.
(r) Inappropriate positioning of buggy resulting in a buggy being hit by golf balls or golf club Rules.
(s) Driving buggy over sprinklers thus causing damage to the sprinklers.
(t) Willfully damaging the Gym or simulator Equipment.
